Listing is just the beginning, we do proactive outreach to other agents, advertise on social media, host open houses including neighborhood advertising and more. You'll receive weekly updates on all activity and feedback.

Property valuation and pricing is a science, we don't work with gut feel.  We'll review your detailed CMA with you including adjustments, your competition, and trends to land on a price.  Once offers are received we'll work thoughtfully with you on the different negotiation and structure options and handle all communication with buyers and their agents.

You've accepted an offer, but there's still much to do.  We handle all vendor management, whether yours or the buyer's, during option and work to protect your price.  We perform regular check ins with lenders and title to make sure closing day is stress free.  You will always know where we are in the process and what will happen next.
